The hotel had a great fireplace at the lobby, perfect for the chilly weather during Christmas. The dinner served at the hotel's restaurant was very delicious. , the hotel had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which added to the holiday feeling.
The internet at the hotel was very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected with family and friends during the holiday season. the hotel was further away from nearby attractions, making transportation to and from the hotel more difficult.

Luxurious amenities and great service This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its great spa, sauna, and massage services. the spa lounge was relaxing and perfect for unwinding. the treatment room was spacious and had a beautiful garden view, making my full body massage even more enjoyable. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with many options, including local food. the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink with friends, and the picnic tables were ideal for outdoor snacking.
Minor disorganization during dinner the only negative aspect of this hotel was a minor disorganization during dinner. Although the food was well-prepared, the dining room staff appeared to be disorganized and needed better training.
